Can I connect multiple e-commerce stores to a single DEAR e-commerce inventory management software account?

Yes, it is possible to link several e-commerce stores to a single DEAR account, with each linked store having its independent catalog, logs, and settings. However, only two (2) free external integrations are available under DEAR e-commerce inventory management software’s standard subscription plan. If you plan to integrate more than two (2) e-commerce stores or you have already integrated a couple of external platforms with DEAR e-commerce inventory management system, you will first need to purchase licenses for the additional external integrations under the My Subscription page.

How can I automate my e-commerce integration with DEAR?

DEAR e-commerce integration page allows you to automate the fulfillment of all the orders coming from the e-commerce shop by choosing auto pick, pack and ship function and by choosing the invoice to be synced with DEAR in the authorized status.

I get hundreds of sale orders coming from my ecommerce store to DEAR daily, can I merge them?

Yes, DEAR allows choosing between no consolidation and daily consolidation options. Daily Consolidation will consolidate all orders from that day into a single order. When Daily Consolidation is chosen, an additional setting becomes available: Consolidation Time. This is your local time when all pending orders aggregated during the day will be processed.

Can I set up different prices for the same product sold in several e-commerce channels?

Yes, DEAR e-commerce inventory management software allows you to set up 10 price tiers for your products and set a default price when the products are downloaded from and updated in your e-commerce store.

Can I sell product bundles/kits when the stock levels are low in DEAR e-commerce inventory management system?

Yes, once you enable Process Auto-assembly setting, DEAR e-commerce inventory management system will trigger the automatic assembly for the required quantity to fulfill the sale order.

Can I sell products in my e-commerce stores if there is no longer stock available in DEAR e-commerce inventory management system?

Yes, DEAR e-commerce inventory management system allows products to be sold through the e-commerce stores even if there is zero stock. When the setting is enabled and a zero stock product is sold, DEAR generates a backorder for the negative item quantity on DEAR end.

Can I fulfill the ecommerce orders from different locations, preferably closer to the shipping adresses?

When a customer places an order, DEAR can automatically route the order to the seller’s inventory location nearest to the provided shipping address for fulfilment. DEAR provides an Order Routing setting that facilitates this process. Based on this setting, the location in the Sales Task header will be pre-filled with the Order Routing location, although this can be manually changed on the order if necessary. This feature simplifies the Sales Order process.

How do I manage cancelled orders?

When the order is cancelled or deleted, DEAR automatically finds and voids the corresponding sale task, if created, or removes an associated pending order if the order has not yet been processed.

How do I avoid duplication of orders while loading them from the ecommerce stores?

Any imported order is saved to the Pending Orders section. It is a temporary storage of all sales and payments in DEAR. If an order already has an entry in the Log (i.e. was imported previously), it will be skipped. This guarantees that no duplicate sales will be created by DEAR.
